Re-instatement of a row of 4 cottages to individual dwellings. Works comprised oak timber frame repairs, lath and lime render to all elevations, complete re-roof with pin tiles and reclaimed pan tiles. Internal walls consisted of Knauf drylining system, with joinery to match the period.

Major structural works were carried out to the roof, gables and chimney breasts to this part 11th Century property.

All work carried out in conjunction with instruction from local authority Conservation Officer.
